ABOUT
Jacques du Preez established Steel Design in 1997 and has been bringing architectural designs, such as staircases, mezzanines and decks to life for more than 20 years.
Over the years, Steel Design branched out and started to incorporate domestic and industrial commissions, including Lourensford Wine Estate’s farmers market structure, as well as the Cape Town Convention Centre’s entrance canopy.
With every project, Jacques is personally involved in the production of all works, ensuring all is completed to his high standards.
Our skills aren’t only limited to the production of these high-quality works, but we can also construct and design bespoke projects to suite the client’s needs.
